Looks to me to be possibly East Wallingford -- same as your 7/27/18 Airline Then & Now. We can do detailed side-by-side at next Photo Library get-together. I speculate the large tree beside the train is an American Elm, more skeletal due to disease in the prior "Then" view, a snapshot be Norman Penman from my own collection.
