Hi Chris, if I'm not mistaken, we are looking east at a train that is passing under Main Street in Middletown. The church steeple is still there, but not the smaller cupola on the far left. The switch in the foreground led to a short, double-ended siding on which I recall seeing cars in the 1960s. George
Thanks for the info George! Yes, you're right - and I think that double-ended siding was used by the Valley Local to spot cuts of cars for the westbound Air Line Local.
